An 19th century Neoclassical building was renovated in Exarchia. Main focus of the design was to highlight the beautiful characteristics of the structure.

The central light bearer has been utilized as the nuclear of the house. By replacing all of its walls with glass, the two apartments are perceived as much bigger than before. The green wall and the lights that were introduced to it in perspective to the black metal staircase make the light bearer an artistic statement.

The swimming pool in the roof garden has a window on its bottom, allowing sunlight to pass throw the water into the 1st floor apartment, feeling it with beautifull water reflections and light, creating an amazing atmosphere.
